Returns Process
Rare Surf Tees is committed to customer satisfaction. We believe in quality, value and quality service. Hopefully you have found all of these things at RST. We sincerely appreciate the chance to earn your business.  We do exchange for change of mind and wrong size purchases within 21 days of delivery, however this may result in a small return postage charge. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on individual circumstances. Sale items cannot be returned.
Faulty Returns
If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact customer service at josh@rare.surf before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please describe the fault details on an email so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the item or refund. If the item is replaced it will be shipped free of charge.
Please make sure you enclose our return document that was sent to you with your purchase with a clear description of the fault or reason for return. 

We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however some faults have to be assessed before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 to 3 days and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 2 - 4 business days of the approval given.
If you return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
  1. All returns need prior approval. Complete the Exchanges & Return form attached to your invoice & enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around. To check if your exchange items are in stock, just jump on the Rare Surf Tees website and make sure your size is available.
  2. Pack all items with your original invoice or a copy in a secure package. Please ensure that all items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged by outside parties.
  3. Address your package to Rare Surf, 171 Tweed Coast rd Chinderah. NSW. 2487
  4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the above address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured and/or registered post as Rare Surf Tees is not liable for lost return parcels.
  5. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed and send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
